Agreement Between User and 901 Flights

Welcome to the Personalized Points Playbook! The 901flights.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by 901 Flights (“901 Flights”). The Personalized Points Playbook is a customized, one-time service designed to provide users with personalized recommendations for earning and redeeming travel points.

By purchasing and using the Personalized Points Playbook, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Nature of the Service

The Personalized Points Playbook is a customized digital guide that provides:
✔️ Personalized recommendations based on your current points balances, travel goals, and spending habits.
✔️ Guidance on earning points efficiently through credit card strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
✔️ Redemption strategies to maximize points for flights, hotels, and other travel experiences.

What the Playbook Does NOT Include:

❌ Real-time award flight alerts – These are only available in the Unlimited Points membership.
❌ Financial or legal advice – See the Financial Disclaimer below.
❌ Guarantees on specific redemptions – Airline and hotel programs change frequently, and availability is subject to their terms.

At 901 Flights, we stand behind the value of the Personalized Points Playbook and the transformation it offers. That’s why we offer a risk-free guarantee for new members.

If you’ve completed the required steps and are not on track to earn at least 50,000 points (valued at $700+) within the first 90 days, you may request a full refund. Here's how it works:

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Complete and submit the Personalized Credit Card Strategy survey provided upon enrollment within 14 days of purchase.
Watch the Foundations video training modules in full.
Follow the custom points strategy outlined for you for a minimum of 60 days.
Submit a refund request within 90 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund:

Email ashling@901flights.com with proof that you completed all required steps. This may include screenshots, card approvals, or other relevant documentation showing you've implemented the strategy as outlined.

Additional Notes:

This guarantee is designed to support customers who are genuinely committed to using their points effectively and want to learn the system.
Refund requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible.
Partial refunds are not available.

By joining, you agree to these terms and understand that this program requires active participation in order to achieve results.

One-Time Purchase & Delivery

Refunds – Refunds will not be granted without completion of all required steps, as outlined in the Money-Back Guarantee section. This guarantee is designed for customers who are committed to using the program and putting in the work. No refunds will be offered after 90-days from purchase date.
Processing Time – Playbooks are typically delivered within 7-10 business days of submission of all required information. Delays may occur if additional details are needed from the user.
Accuracy of Information – Users must provide accurate and complete details about their points balances, travel preferences, and credit card usage for the best recommendations. 901 Flights is not responsible for inaccurate recommendations based on incorrect information provided by the user.

Unlimited Points Bundle Subscription

If you have chosen to bundle Unlimited Points with your Playbook purchase, please note:

Recurring Subscription – The Unlimited Points membership is an annual subscription. By signing up, you agree to a recurring charge each year.
Cancellation Policy – You may cancel your Unlimited Points subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
Membership Benefits – Your subscription grants you access to award flight alerts for deeply discounted points-based redemptions.
Ongoing Access – If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your paid subscription period, but your membership will not renew.

By purchasing the Unlimited Points bundle, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Bump Offer Terms & Conditions

If you purchased a "bump" offer to add a second airport to your Unlimited Points subscription, please note the following terms:

One-Year Access – The bump offer provides access to award flight alerts for your selected second airport for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, continued access will require a new purchase.
Nonrefundable Purchase – The bump offer is a one-time, nonrefundable upgrade. Once purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
Active Subscription Required – To access award flight alerts for your second airport, your Unlimited Points membership must remain active and in good standing. If your Unlimited Points subscription expires or is canceled, access to the second airport will also be discontinued.
Same Terms Apply – All existing terms and conditions of your Unlimited Points subscription apply to the second airport, including usage policies, access rights, and membership guidelines.

By purchasing a bump offer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Financial Disclaimer

The Personalized Points Playbook provides general information on earning and redeeming travel points. However:

901 Flights is not a financial advisor. Any decisions regarding credit cards, points strategies, or financial planning should be made at your own discretion.
Users are responsible for their own financial decisions. 901 Flights is not liable for any misuse of credit cards, points, or financial consequences resulting from the Playbook’s recommendations.
Consult a professional. If you have questions about managing credit, interest rates, or financial planning, we recommend seeking guidance from a certified financial advisor.

901 Flights does not have access to your credit card accounts or financial information and cannot assist with disputes or inquiries related to your personal finances.

No Guarantees on Award Availability

Award availability changes frequently. The Playbook provides guidance on how to maximize redemptions, but 901 Flights does not control availability of award seats or hotel bookings.
Pricing fluctuations – Points redemption rates are subject to change at any time by airlines, hotels, and travel programs. The Playbook’s recommendations are based on current trends but are not guaranteed to be available at the time of booking.
User responsibility – The Playbook provides strategies and guidance, but it is the user’s responsibility to monitor award availability and book flights or hotels accordingly.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

By purchasing and using the Personalized Points Playbook, you agree that:
✔️ You will not resell, redistribute, or publish the Playbook.
✔️ You will not use any strategies for fraudulent activity or violations of credit card or loyalty program terms.
✔️ You will not hold 901 Flights responsible for any consequences of program changes, airline policies, or financial actions taken.

Intellectual Property

The Personalized Points Playbook is the property of 901 Flights and is protected by copyright laws. You are purchasing access to a personalized guide for your own personal use only.

✔️ You may not share, distribute, or resell the Playbook to others.
✔️ Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

901 Flights is not liable for any financial losses, missed award opportunities, or consequences resulting from the use of the Playbook.
901 Flights does not guarantee that users will be able to redeem specific points at specific rates.
Users agree that all travel bookings, credit card applications, and financial decisions are made at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

901 Flights reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on 901flights.com, and continued use of the Playbook constitutes acceptance of any changes.
