Agreement between User and 901 Flights

Welcome to 901 Flights Unlimited Points! The 901flights.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by 901 Flights (“901 Flights”). 901flights.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of 901flights.com and your Unlimited Points membership constitute your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Points Travel & Financial Disclaimer

901 Flights provides information on points-based travel deals, award redemptions, and general travel strategies. However:

901 Flights is not a financial advisor. Any decisions regarding earning, redeeming, or transferring points should be made at your own discretion.
You are responsible for your own credit and financial health. 901 Flights is not liable for any misuse of credit cards, points, or financial decisions made based on recommendations within the membership.
Seek professional guidance. If you have questions about managing credit, earning points, or maximizing financial benefits, it is recommended that you consult a financial advisor before making any decisions.

901 Flights does not have access to your credit card accounts or points balances and cannot assist with disputes or inquiries related to your personal financial accounts.

Unlimited Points Membership Overview

The Unlimited Points membership provides subscribers with award flight alerts for discounted points-based travel.

Members will receive alerts for:
✔️ Low Point Fare Alerts – Points deals on traditional carriers such as Delta, American, and United.
✔️ Low Cash Fare Alerts – Discounted cash fare alerts

Each member is responsible for booking their own flights using their personal points accounts. 901 Flights does not facilitate booking, transferring, or managing any points transactions.

Bump Offer Terms & Conditions

If you purchased a "bump" offer to add a second airport to your Unlimited Points subscription, please note the following terms:

One-Year Access – The bump offer provides access to award flight alerts for your selected second airport for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, continued access will require a new purchase.
Nonrefundable Purchase – The bump offer is a one-time, nonrefundable upgrade. Once purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
Active Subscription Required – To access award flight alerts for your second airport, your Unlimited Points membership must remain active and in good standing. If your Unlimited Points subscription expires or is canceled, access to the second airport will also be discontinued.
Same Terms Apply – All existing terms and conditions of your Unlimited Points subscription apply to the second airport, including usage policies, access rights, and membership guidelines.

By purchasing a bump offer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A user may cancel their Unlimited Points subscription within 3 days of submission of payment. No refunds will be given after that time.
A user may cancel their membership at any time, though no refund will be issued.
901 Flights will notify the user via email of any auto-renew payments at least 3 days prior to processing.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use 901flights.com strictly in accordance with these terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree not to:

✔️ Redistribute or resell Unlimited Points content.
✔️ Use the information provided for commercial purposes.
✔️ Modify, publish, transmit, or exploit any content for unauthorized use.

Commercial Distribution of Information

901 Flights subscriptions are for personal use only. Any redistribution of the information provided by 901 Flights for commercial purposes may result in termination of your membership without refund.

If you wish to use this information for clients, customers, or any commercial application, a commercial license is required. For licensing inquiries, please contact ashling@901flights.com.

Liability Disclaimer

901 Flights does not guarantee the availability of award flights, as award availability is controlled by the respective airlines. Additionally:

901 Flights is not responsible for airline pricing changes. Deals are available at the time of posting but may fluctuate or sell out.
901 Flights does not guarantee specific award redemption success. The ability to book a deal depends on the user’s own points balance and booking speed.
901 Flights is not liable for missed flights, booking errors, or any consequences resulting from the use of award alerts.

All deals provided by 901 Flights are for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for booking and managing their own travel.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class action lawsuits are not permitted.

Changes to Terms

901 Flights reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on 901flights.com, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
